Order Processing:
- All orders are processed on the same day
- If any customer wants to place an order in advance for a later day, that is also possible. Just shoot us a message on our WhatsApp with our Order Number and let us know accordingly.
Shipping Methods:
- We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard shipping and Pick up from our Garden Town, Lahore location.
- We currently only deliver in Lahore, Pakistan.
- Our Delivery rates are as follows:
Rs 150 On Orders Above Rs 800
Rs 250 On Orders Below Rs 800
FREE DELIVERY On Orders Above Rs 5,000
Delivery Timeframes:
- Our delivery time depends on how far the location is from our location in Garden Town.

It also depends on traffic, weather conditions, availability of our riders and as well as which products you have ordered. For example, our fresh breads or cookies need about 90 minutes to bake and cool and only then can be sent out to be dispatched.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with an Order ID number.
- You can track the status of your order in real time by messaging on WhatsApp and asking our cashier
Shipping Restrictions:
- Sweet Rack currently ships within Lahore, Pakistan only. We are working towards expanding our shipping destinations to nationwide shipping soon.
Shipping Delays:
- While we strive to meet our delivery commitments, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or production delays may impact delivery times.
Delivery Address:
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. Sweet Rack is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
- Please also make sure someone is available to receive your delivery. This helps ensure your order is delivered safely and ready to enjoy. In cases where no one is available to accept the delivery, we unfortunately cannot take responsibility for lost or misplaced orders. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
